Our services.

  • Individual Therapy

Life can be overwhelming at times. Stress, anxiety, job issues, family conflicts, parenting issues, depression, and anger can lead us to become overwhelmed and lost. Sometimes, we can’t talk to our friends or family without fear of judgement. We provide a safe space for you to talk about whatever past, present, or future life event may be causing you distress. Together we can figure out healthy ways to cope and help you feel back on track.

  • Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)

EMDR is a three-pronged approach where past events, present issues, and anticipated future situations are targeted.

In addition to treating trauma, negative memories, and nightmares, EMDR is also used for treating anxiety - anxiety can be alleviated by identifying the underlying unprocessed events and negative beliefs behind the anxiety.

EMDR is a structured approach that is typically completed once or twice weekly over eight to twelve sessions. Some people may require less and some more. Extended sessions of 70 minutes or 90 minutes are recommended. Some clients continue using EMDR for future preparation and confidence building.

  • Partners/Couples Therapy

No matter how long you and your significant other have been together, navigating relationship issues can be disheartening and isolating. You may feel as though you don’t have anyone you can talk to about these relationship problems, especially if you and your partner share a friend group or feel embarrassed or guilty about the fractures in your relationship. It might seem as though no one can offer the nonjudgmental, unbiased insight you need to resolve conflicts and move forward in a way that supports you both. We work with partners to explore and understand their relationship dynamics, identify problems, and develop strategies to address them. Sessions may focus on specific issues or be more general in nature.

  • Family Therapy

There is no such thing as a perfect family. In every situation these dynamic relationships produced plenty of joy and comfort, yet also some sorrow and headache. Some personalities clash and others may have a difficult time coexisting. Sometimes it is for a time period, in other scenarios it’s long lasting. We assist families in improving communication and well-being by addressing issues in the family dynamic. The goal of family therapy is to improve the functioning and well-being of all family members.

  • Group Therapy

Group therapy is a unique opportunity to explore emotional patterns, relationship dynamics, and ways of relating in the presence of others. Many of the challenges people bring to therapy — in friendships, dating, family, or work — are relational at their core. Group therapy allows those patterns to gently surface so they can be understood and shifted.

There’s something deeply regulating about realizing you’re not alone in what you’re carrying. For many people, group therapy becomes the first place they feel truly seen, less isolated, and more able to show up authentically without performing or fixing.

  • Narcissistic Abuse

Narcissistic abuse is a form of emotional manipulation where one person consistently disregards your boundaries, invalidates your feelings, and distorts reality to maintain control. Over time, you may start to question your memory, suppress your needs, and feel like you're always to blame. Many people in these dynamics feel anxious, hyper-vigilant, emotionally drained, or unsure of who they are outside the relationship. This kind of abuse can be subtle and confusing. In therapy, we’ll work together to untangle the impact of this abuse, rebuild your sense of self, and help you feel safe, grounded, and empowered again.

  • Walk Therapy
